What is Forest Therapy? Forest Bathing?

Forest Therapy (aka Forest Bathing) is immersing oneself in forests and other natural environments to support healing and wellness. Clinical research is consistently demonstrating a variety of health promoting benefits including cardiovascular health, immune systems, as well as stabilizing mood and cognition benefits.

Guided Forest Therapy walks are 90 to 120 mins in length and include intuitive, sensory-based invitations designed to facilitate healing, health and wellness. I offer guided walks in various parks and nature areas in the city. 

I offer Guided Solo or Group Walks- which can be Drop In (Public) or Private. Groups are up to 10 - 12 people.
