What is Forest Therapy? Forest Bathing?

Along with being a Registered Psychologist I am also a Certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides (ANFT).

Forest Therapy (aka Forest Bathing) is immersing oneself in forests and other natural environments to support healing and wellness. Clinical research is consistently demonstrating a variety of health benefits including cardiovascular, immune systems, as well as stabilizing mood and cognition benefits.

Guided Forest Therapy walks are 90 to 120 mins in length and include intuitive, sensory-based invitations designed to facilitate healing, health and wellness.

 

I offer guided Public or Private walks in various parks and nature areas in the city.
